Starter, Growth, Pro, Outbound and both Multi-reps plans start with a 7‑day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. All prices are net: VAT is added at checkout. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no migration fees, ever.

Starter, Growth, Pro, Outbound and both Multi-reps plans start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You pick a plan and enter your payment details at checkout, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise the first charge is made on the day the trial ends. Multi-client is arranged on a call and has no self-serve trial.
Yes, you get the full limits of the plan you chose. What you use during the trial counts toward your first paid month: the trial and the first month share one allowance of cold DMs and AI replies.
All prices on this page are net, in USD. VAT is added at checkout: customers in Poland pay 23% VAT, business customers in the European Union with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, and customers outside the European Union are invoiced without VAT. You can enter your VAT number at checkout.
Prices on this page are in USD. At checkout you choose the currency yourself: USD or PLN. You see the amount in the chosen currency on the payment screen before you confirm anything, and Stripe charges you in that currency, with no exchange-rate conversion.
In the app, open Settings and find the "Plan & billing" card. The "Payments & invoices" button opens the Stripe customer portal, where your invoices are available. Payments are handled by Stripe, and DM Hero does not store full card numbers.
You can cancel at any time in the app, in Settings under "Plan & billing". The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial billing periods. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in the Terms of Service.
When the cold DM limit is used up, sending pauses until your next billing period starts. When the AI replies run out, the AI Setter stops replying and conversations wait for you in the inbox. There are no overage charges. You can move to a higher plan at any time.
Yes. You change plans yourself in Settings, under "Plan & billing": you can move up, move down, or add reps. The change applies right away and the price is prorated. When you move down, the value of the unused time is deducted from your next invoices. Multi-client is set up on a call.
