DM Hero uses Meta's Graph API for the stable parts (account linking, inbox sync) and our Chrome extension for the parts where APIs change frequently (outbound sending). The split means the core sync is officially supported and the outbound path stays under our control. If Meta ever deprecates something we rely on, we ship a fallback before it affects your account.
Yes. How it works depends on what you're scaling. Lite and Single Account each cover one Instagram profile. Multi-reps lets you run several profiles under one team, with separate sending limits and per-rep dashboards. Multi-client goes further, with isolated workspaces per client, product or brand, each with its own accounts, templates and reporting. One dashboard across the lot, with one-click switching.
We store only what the product needs: your IG access token (for profile and conversation sync), the leads and conversations you create, and your settings. You can export everything to CSV or delete your account from Settings at any time. We never share, sell, or use your data to train AI models. Infrastructure is on Railway in the US today; EU data residency is on the roadmap.
